Our PS Sums (PC Sums) are as realistic as possible*

When we do a site plan concept – it works!*

When we say "We will build a home by a certain date," we mean it! Ask us for statistics on house completion from date of deposit for recent handovers.

If a new home proposal is ‘too good to be true’, it generally is!
