Karen was the main reason we chose to build with G.J. Gardner. She listened to what we said from the very start and importantly worked very closely with the budget we had set. Her experience in the building industry and knowledge of building regulations allowed us to understand the process easily. Karen's experience in house design meant she thought of things which we would have never considered and made our new home that much more special.
