We moved into our house on the 26th of March 2016 and couldn’t be happier!

We were referred by a friend to see Karen Leversha about building our new home, hopefully in the Millwater area.

From the get go Karen was very professional and very helpful with assisting us design our new home. We already knew the style of house we wanted to build and were hoping to attain a section in Pioneer Rise.

We had particular needs as our son has a disability and is moving into using a power wheelchair. Karen easily accommodated all our requirements in the plans. On speaking with Karen we were pleased to learn that she had recently had experience designing homes for a few clients in wheelchairs. This knowledge was invaluable.

Karen was always readily available to meet with us, even on a Saturday or Sunday, as we lived out of the area and it was hard to make the meetings during week days. We found this very helpful.

We would highly recommend Karen Leversha to any prospective clients wanting to build their own home. Karen was able to answer every question we had and also the ones we didn’t know to ask. We are very happy with our new home, and we have a very happy 11-year-old who is enjoying our one level home and being able to use his chair inside.
